Graphify

Graphify provides the structural relationship map for this wiki.

Use it for architecture and repository-orientation questions when graphify-out/graph.json exists:

Published browser graph communities are post-processed by scripts/publish-graphify-assets.mjs so the legend uses source-aware names rather than generic numeric community labels. The local 2D view embeds the enhanced graph; the 3D view reads graph.json. The public build filters both views to the files in publication.json, including the published LLM Wiki. IRTB(P) material, revision tools, project operations and the research log do not appear as public graph nodes. Shared community names and counts are rebuilt after filtering. The full local graph continues to support private repository analysis.
